• Mr Sergiu Oprescu, former CEO of Alpha Bank Romania, at present transitioning to the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Romania, who represents the Romanian Association of Banks (ARB) vis-à-vis the European Mortgage Federation, has been appointed EMF Chairman for the mandate 2025-2026. In this capacity, Sergiu will also serve as CBMC Vice-President for 2025 before assuming the Presidency in 2026.
• Ms Kamilla Hammerich Skytte, Chief Executive Officer & Adm. Director, Realkredit Danmark – Part of Danske Bank Group, who represents Finance Denmark vis-à-vis the European Mortgage Federation, has been appointed EMF Deputy Chairwoman for the mandate 2025-2026.

In confirming these appointments, the CBMC General Assembly has also appointed Sergiu and Kamilla as the two members of the CBMC Management Committee/Administrators representing the EMF. Consequently, the full membership of the CBMC Management Committee/list of Administrators for 2025 is as follows:

• Mr Stefano Patruno, Head of Regulatory Impact Assessment, Intesa Sanpaolo (Italy) & ECBC Chairman for the mandate 2024-2025. Stefano also serves as CBMC President in 2025.
• Ms Sanna Eriksson, Managing Director, OP Mortgage Bank & Head of Investor Relations, OP Financial Group (Finland), & ECBC Deputy Chairwoman for the mandate 2024-2025.
• Mr Patrick Seifert, Head of Primary Markets & Global Syndicate, Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW) (Germany), who serves as the Non-National Market Representative Member of the ECBC Steering Committee vis-à-vis the CBMC Management Committee for the mandate 2025-2026.
• Mr Sergiu Oprescu, former CEO of Alpha Bank Romania, at present transitioning to the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Romania, EMF Chairman for the mandate 2025-2026.

Finally, the CBMC General Assembly has also formally appointed the members of the ECBC Steering Committee for the mandate 2025-2026 as per the Full Membership list available here.
